作為訂房網站多年的老用戶，幾乎從不評論。但這次的入住體驗實在無法接受。酒店環境差、衞生堪憂，價格卻遠高於實際價值。訂房網站在酒店篩選和品質把控上的問題，讓人對平台的專業性產生嚴重質疑。圖片可以看到，蜘蛛到處都是。

The day we checked in, we arrived late. Almost midnight but the staff at the counter was assisted us very well. This hotel didn't provide lift so we have to step all floors to reached our room at level 5. If you have a heavy luggage this might be troublesome. This hotel located in the Lee Garden area made it easy to go food and shopping. There are walking distance HALAL restaurant around the area. We have a pleasanr stay. Might book here again in future.

Room 2 U located in the heart of Hatyai which is close to many places such as kim Yong market and lee garden. It is great for those who enjoy food, shopping and massage. Plenty of massage shops nearby. Their family room is spacious and clean. They have very nice pillows for sleeping. Everything works well without any complaints.

員工友善，十二時到達已可入住，早上有小食及咖啡供應在大堂。房間空間感十足，乾淨企理，浴室水力強勁。地點行幾分鐘到達大商場及夜市，另食肆林立。地點在主要街道所以較嘈雜是唯一缺點。

Reasonable price for the prime location. Just next road to Lee Garden. Lots of massage and hawker food. But no 🛗 lift in the hotel. Very poor sound insulation 🙏

Location is good，hotel ground floor so warm because they provided tables and chairs, travellers can enjoy their dishes together at ground floor, or chill as well. But my room air conditioner was so bad, not cool at all, size of the room was perfect, enough space. Cleanliness need to be improve, my room have some ant. Overall, recommended. Oh ya, for those who drive car, car park is behind the main entrance. You may park your car there and there is a door for yours to enter the hotel lobby, no worries
